Seamon Chan is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Palm Drive Capital, a New York-based venture capital firm that invests in early-stage tech companies. Seamon graduated from Stanford University and is completing the Owner/President Management program at Harvard Business School. He was one of the founders of the Stanford Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization (Stanford CEO) and NYC Chinese Entrepreneurs Organization (NYCCEO). Seamon is also a young leader of Committee 100 and a member of the Milken Institute Young Leaders Circle and the Economic Club of New York.

Michelle Wang is an early-stage investor, connector, and builder with nearly a decade of hands-on venture experience. She is passionate about partnering with founders around the world to create high-impact companies and bridge industries and markets for growth.

At Lair East Labs, Michelle has led cross-border expansions, including guiding a European startup’s U.S. entry that resulted in its acquisition by a NASDAQ-listed firm. Prior to her work in venture, she spent over nine years at Big Four accounting firms in both China and the U.S., including KPMG, PwC and EY. Her expertise spans manufacturing, construction, chemicals, consumer goods, real estate, and financial services, with a strong foundation in business strategy, operations management, and corporate finance.
