Rein is the founder and CEO of IndicatorLab. He received his PhD from the University of Houston in 2018 with the Best Ph.D. student honor in the computer science department. After graduation, Rein joined Visa Research as a research scientist on machine learning-based transaction risk analysis, time-series anomaly detection, and graph neural networks. Axel Villamil has been in the entertainment industry for over 20 years and is a leader in the dance industry. He has been a professional dancer for over 15 years. Luca Barone is the co-founder of Movig and previously spent 6 years in investment banking, where he led 7+ sell-side M&A transactions across Europe. He’s passionate about new working methods and experienced in team building and partnerships. While studying business administration at the University of St. Gallen, Lukas Peter founded a startup within the educational sector, which he later sold to a German educational publisher, Schulbuchverlag Klett. Lukas also has a Ph.D. in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen.

Snow is the co-founder & CEO of Byrdhouse. She's been building software products for more than 5 years. Previously, she was the head of consumer product at Chowbus where she hired and led a squad of 15 people to build products and user community, which contributed to Chowbus’ 700% YoY growth, and 2 rounds of funding. Before Chowbus, she founded the merchant communication product at Groupon. She started her career at the Walt Disney Company, and was a part of the opening team for Shanghai Disney Resort.

Jacob is the co-founder and CTO of Byrdhouse. He previously built an AI-powered audio application to help immigrants overcome language barriers. He was also the co-founder of a video sharing platform for influencers. He used to work as an engineer at Alkami, and Dell. His specialty is video / audio platform with ML technology.

Benoit Scherrer grew up in France, living in many different cities. He started programming when he was 12 years old and, at 15 years old, was the youngest finalist of Prologin, a French national programming contest (36h non-stop). He earned his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science in 2004 (rank: 2nd), a Master in Computer Vision in 2005, and a Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics in 2009, receiving the "Best Ph.D. in Applied Mathematics" award of INPG Grenoble University. He came to Boston in 2009 for a postdoc at Boston Children's Hospital with Simon K Warfield and, in 2018, became an Assistant Professor in Radiology at Harvard Medical School. During more than 12 years in the Radiology department at Boston Children's Hospital, Benoit witnessed Radiology's critical lack of metrics to manage equipment and has taken this on as his next big project. Today, he is the Co-Founder and CEO of Quantivly, a startup that spins off a technology initially developed at Boston Children's Hospital that will do just that.

She graduated from the Cooper Union in 2018, earning the Yurnall Awards, and she was part of the Wallpaper* Magazine Graduate directory of 2018. She was raised in a family business of construction and developed in-depth interests in optimizing the construction business industry. Shenzhen urbanism biennial exhibited her recent project Instant Lounge in Futian train station in 2019. She also participated in the Venice Biennale of architecture in 2018 with her large-scale 3D printer, "Spider Print." She exhibited her works at the Haughton Gallery, Santiago University, and A&M University and published in several press publications, including Wallpaper*, Spring Wise, Idea For Good, Arch daily, and Artnet. Yaoyi taught at NYIT school of architecture and Cooper Union's Saturday program.

Gabriel is the CTO and co-founder of design with FRANK. He graduated from the Cooper Union, earning the Peter Bruder award for structure. Shenzhen urbanism biennial exhibited his recent project Instant Lounge in Futian train station in 2019. He also participated in the Venice Biennale of architecture in 2018 with his large-scale 3D printer, "Spider Print." Gabriel received an award of Meshell fellowship to 3D scan African indigenous villages in Ghana. He is both an inventor and architect, and he saw an opportunity to optimize the traditional construction process into a fast, streamlined process through computer programming. He published several works in the US, Argentina, China, and Europe, including Spring Wise, Idea For Good, Arch daily, and Artnet. Gabriel taught at NYIT school of architecture and Cooper Union's digital fabrication program for over three years.

David Suendermann-Oeft is Founder and CEO of Modality.AI. A scientist, engineer, founder, and former tenured university professor, he has 15 years of experience leading industrial and academic R&D departments, with a publication track record of over 170 books, patents, and articles. David has held C-level and senior management positions in industry and academia in the US and Europe.

David began commercializing technology products in the mid-80s. His experience spans product development, distribution and direct to consumer sales. He moved from his home country of Australia to San Francisco to found an internet venture, exiting to a public company. He has co-founded two non-profit organizations and is a first-round investor in numerous startups.

As a 3-time winner of the International Physics Olympiad, Dovran earned his Bachelor's degree at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His capstone project on brain-inspired computing was selected as the best project of 2019 in Hong Kong by judges from the Head of Innovation and Technology Commission of Hong Kong and Managing Partner of Sequoia Capital. This project led to the founding of NeuronSpike in 2019, the same year when he was admitted to the Harvard University Ph.D. program to work on brain-inspired computing. In 2021, he graduated from Harvard University with a master's degree and is now building NeuronSpike full-time.

Yaxi is the co-founder and COO of Visual Feeder. She pairs a range of creative leadership experience in business development and marketing strategy with a deep understanding of experiential design. She has held operational and management roles for leading media and bespoke manufacturing companies before starting Visual Feeder.

Dr. Zhao is an expert in semiconductor device design, manufacturing and characterization, receiving his PhD from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a serial entrepreneur and has successfully led fundraising efforts of a semiconductor startup. With a keen interest to combine unique technology with business insights, he oversees Atantares’ strategy, fundraising, business development and R&D.

Dr. Kolandaivelu is trained in both engineering and medicine, having received a PhD in mechanical engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and M.D. from the Harvard Medical School. He was trained at the Brigham and Women’s Hospital where he is a licensed cardiologist and an expert on the measurement of blood properties and translational assay development.

Dr. Aniruddh Sarkar received his Ph.D. in electrical engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and did postdoctoral training at Massachusetts General Hospital. He is an expert on blood processing technologies and bioMEMS/microfluidics.

Dr.Shahar Barbash is a former startup postdoctoral fellow in the Runway program at the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute and a visiting fellow at Thomas P. Sakmar's lab at The Rockefeller University. Dr. Barbash obtained his Ph.D. from Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Brain Sciences (ELSC) at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, under the supervision of Prof. Hermona Soreq. He is an author and co-author of over 20 publications in brain science and biology and the holder of four patents. Dr. Barbash is a recipient of the Rothschild postdoctoral fellowship and the Dimitris N. Chorafas Foundation award for Ph.D. thesis.

Michael Levitt is a biophysicist and professor at Stanford University. From 1977-79 Levitt worked at the Salk Institute in California before taking up a permanent position at the Weizmann Institute, where he was appointed chair of Chemical Physics in 1980. In 1987, he was invited to work at Stanford University in California and has remained there ever since as Professor of Structural Biology. Levitt received the 2013 Nobel Prize in Chemistry together with Martin Karplus and Arieh Warshel for "the development of multiscale models for complex chemical systems."

Fernando Gómez-Baquero, Director of Runway and Spinouts at Jacobs institute, Cornell-Tech, is an innovation economist, nanomaterials engineer, and entrepreneur. Hansen is also the advisor of Tiferet Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (Hong Kong). Dr. Zhang earned his Ph.D. degree from Michigan State University in genetics and bioscience.

Chandler Fang is a financial professional with over five years of experience in investment banking, VC, and capital market. He specializes in investment banking, fundraising, and product innovation. A biology graduate from Yale University, Louis Ausguste started his career with USAID managing over 1 million dollar worth of aid to Haiti in his first year as a program lead. After leaving Haiti, he joined Virgin Media UK as an iOS team lead / UX designer, where he developed an award-winning user interface for the TiVo remote app for blind users. Louis took part in the Virgin Media Pioneers program where he won the Technology Strategy Board's prize. Louis founded Alexapath in 2015 and has gone on to win numerous awards including, Top 10 Science Start Ups in the World, and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers award for Best Hardware Prototype. With the support of the Melinda & Bill Gates Foundation, Alexapath launched the AiDA microscope in January of 2019.

Shishir is the co-founder and CTO of Alexapath. Before joining Alexapath, Shishir worked at the Center for K-12 STEM Education at NYU where he helped create and manage STEM programs and activities for K-12 students. During his time there, he managed programs that enrolled over a thousand middle and high school students with over a million dollars in funding. Shishir joined Alexapath in 2015 after graduating from NYU with an MS in CE. Apart from building diagnostic solutions, Shishir spends his time on projects that combine art with technology as well as photography.

Robert Luo is a three-time entrepreneur. He sold his first company, Xiamen Ubi Technology Inc., for $300,000 in 2017 while he studied at the University of Southern California for his Bachelor’s in Business Administration. Adriana is committed to improving the lives of women through technology, and feels compelled to use her skills to make a difference and share her wonderful ride as a woman of color in tech.

Sujay hails from Hyderabad, a metropolitan city in South India, and completed his Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Osmania University. Sujay moved to the US and got a Masters in Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania, with a focus on Integrated Circuit Design and Embedded Systems. In the High Energy Physics Group at UPenn, Sujay designed the oscillator circuit for the ATLAS experiment of the CERN particle accelerator. Prior to Lilu, he worked at Reliance Jio Infocomm, where he was an integral part of the team that launched 4G in India. He also founded a nonprofit to support women who were harassed by providing access to therapy sessions, self-defense classes, and a secure platform to encourage them to report their offenders anonymously.

Atilio is an Argentinean entrepreneur who specializes in new technologies. He founded his first company, ZDG Consulting at the age of 17 and has worked on several innovative projects since then. In 2015 Atilio’s company GTN Medical was selected by the Mexican government (INADEM) and Startup Mexico to participate in a soft landing program to bring talent to Mexico. GTN Medical was a Case of Success and Atilio was invited to give a speech at the Bureau of Economic and Business Affairs in Mexico City.

Alex Hejazi is an entrepreneur at the core with a finance background. He started his professional career working at a boutique investment bank in Dubai before moving to Chicago and joining Wells Fargo. After a couple of years in the banking industry, he decided to join a fintech startup by the name of Paro and helped lead the sales team to grow the company from six to 50+ employees, raising over 15MM. After finding some success with Paro, Alex decided to start BallBox in 2017 and fundamentally change the way that people access consumer products.

Abdi Shayesteh is a serial entrepreneur and 15-year corporate and banking lawyer. As an entrepreneur, he founded four and successfully sold two startups. During the course of his law career, he has worked in diverse settings from Biglaw, in-house at a global bank, to government and start-ups. Abdi holds a J.D. and has worked at prestigious firms and provided legal services to top organizations, such as White & Lee, LLP, Federal Reserve Bank of New York, King & Spalding LLP, and MUFG in the Americas. Fed up with the status quo, Abdi realized that there needed to be a better way to professionally educate lawyers in a meaningful, dynamic and experiential way, while providing access for everyone.

Jeremy Liles has a strong background in technology and product leadership positions. His past experience includes technical product manager at USinternetworking, the first cloud application service provider platform; head of software development at iPreo, where he helped build the first real-time capital markets joint book-running platform; and VP of Technology & Legal Affairs at Innovest Systems, a leading cloud-based trust and wealth management platform. Jeremy has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, an MBA in Entrepreneurship & Finance, and a JD in Corporate & Commercial Law.

Stakh Vozniak is the main ideologist behind Cargofy and is heavily involved in the company’s business development and investor negotiations. Stakh was born in the small provincial town of Kalynivka Druha in central Ukraine and set up his first business at the age of 13 - selling DVDs. When Stakh was nineteen, he started his first trucking company Wozward in Ukraine. This allowed him to understand that individual truck drivers are always facing problems such as inconveniences working with truck dispatchers, high dispatcher fees, and too much downtime. He moved to the U.S. and founded Cargofy.com to solve these issues, which now has $2.5 million in revenue.

Yasser Boumenir graduated from GeorgiaTech as a biomedical engineer with a minor in mathematics. It was through this course that he got extensive experience at AT&T Foundry, where he took part in an accelerator-like program. Before starting Prinsta, Yasser worked at a biotech startup where he tackled a problem called 'Computer Assisted Surgical Navigation'. He has also completed several hackathons hosted by GaTech and a VC firm, where he was subsequently invited to be a speaker for the Atlanta community.

Sam Matthews holds a degree in mechanical engineering and one in communications, with a major in film production. Throughout his time as a filmmaker, Sam worked a variety of jobs, from waiter to telemarketer to house restoration. He also spent some time working for Sam Dolbel, working on the SEO and website development for his e-Commerce business. Moving away from e-Commerce, Sam shot a feature-length documentary in Tanzania, where he began learning to code through videos. This was the first of many steps towards the founding of SINC.
